Thanks for your interest in Aikido Kids! a life skills school. Our program is a one-person enterprise, so you can help us focus on teaching the art of Aikido, and help to keep costs down by following instructions carefully. Please call Teacher Nancy at 206.605.3068 if you have questions.
Please refer to the 2010-11 Class Schedule and Tuition Payment Options letter when registering. Email info@aikidokids.net if you have any questions about registration.
The school will be closed until September 7th, so please put your registration in the mail…it will arrive the next day. You can email your class choices, but all forms and payment must be received to hold your space in class.
Classes begin Tuesday, September 7th! Can’t wait to see you!
Classes fill quickly, so please register as soon as possible. You will be contacted when we receive your registration forms and fee.
New Students:
1. Please fill out the following forms, and return them with your registration fee of $85.

2010-11 Enrollment Agreement Form
- For (optional) ACH Authorization form and attach a void check. The First ACH will be for October Tuition.
2. Include a check for the Registration fee of $85. (Required to hold your class/classes)

New students pay 1st and last month’s tuition when they register. Please include a separate check for September Tuition + “last month” tuition. It will be held until after your student’s first class, and a confirmation from you that you wish to continue.

Cash payments can be made at your first class. Do not put cash in the mail!
The “3 days to cancel" clause will take effect after your student’s FIRST class. If your student desires to withdraw after the first class, your registration fee will be refunded.
A free uniform will be provided at your student’s second class.
Returning Students:
1. Fill out the following forms (required each year), and return them with September Tuition:

Continuing ACH. If you paid by ACH last June, your ACH transaction will RESUME on Sept 1st, unless you notify Aikido Kids by email (aikidokids@gmail.com) by August 28, 2010. Expect a confirmation email when we receive your notification of withdrawal from ACH.
